This website, conormcginty.com, is the official website of Conor McGinty, singer-songwriter and entertainer, Derry City, Northern Ireland. You can contact us any time at conormcgintymusic@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

Mailing list. If you join the mailing list, we collect your email address so we can send you news, tour dates and pre-sale information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Shop orders. If you buy from the shop, our payment provider collects the details needed to process your order — such as your name, email, payment details and (for physical items) delivery address. Payments are handled securely by the payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Personal video messages. If you order a personal video, we use the details you provide (your email and your request) solely to create and deliver your video.

Who we share data with

We use trusted services to run this site: Netlify (website hosting), Mailchimp (mailing list), and our payment provider (e.g. Stripe or PayPal) for shop orders. Each processes your data only to provide their service. Embedded content from YouTube and Spotify may set their own cookies when you interact with it, governed by their own privacy policies. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe. Order information is kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Just email conormcgintymusic@gmail.com and we'll sort it promptly.
